I offer a variety of events & digital courses that can help you connect to yourself & your soul. I call these "embodiment practices" - as they are tools that you can use to connect to yourself deeply.
Many of these practices have helped me in my healing journey. The way we connect to ourselves and our energy regularly matters, and these practices guide and teach you through this.
Birth Work
As a Full Spectrum Doula and Childbirth Educator with Doula Canada, I want to help you have the birth experience you deeply desire, no matter what kind of birth experience you choose.
I want you to be equipped with the information & tools that will empower you to make informed decisions about your birth experience. I want you to feel supported, emotionally, spiritually, and physically during fertility, pregnancy, labour, and postpartum.
